在 App 內刪除（最快）

1. 開啟 Tea Story App，前往設定
2. 在帳號區塊點刪除帳號
3. 確認對話框點永久刪除

刪除立即生效，你在所有裝置上都會被登出。此操作無法復原。

無法登入的話

如果你已經無法登入（忘記密碼又收不到重設信等），請用你註冊時的電子郵件 寄信到下方信箱，主旨寫「刪除帳號」。我們會先確認寄件地址與帳號相符，再於 30 天內完成刪除並回信告知。

會刪除什麼、保留什麼

資料	處理方式
登入憑證（電子郵件、密碼、Google 連結）	清除，該帳號無法再登入；同一個 email 之後可重新註冊
顯示名稱、電話、頭像	清除
收件地址、客服訊息	刪除
已完成訂單的金額與商品明細	因會計與稅務法規需保留，但會與你的個人資料及收件地址脫勾

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Tea Story app and go to Settings
2. Under Account, tap Delete account
3. Confirm with Delete permanently

Deletion takes effect immediately and signs you out on every device. It cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in

If you can no longer sign in (forgotten password, no access to the reset email, and so on), email us from the address you registered with, with "Delete account" as the subject. We confirm that the address matches the account, then complete the deletion and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

Data	What happens
Sign-in credentials (email, password, Google link)	Erased; the account can no longer be signed into, and the same email is free to register again
Display name, phone, profile photo	Erased
Saved addresses, support messages	Deleted
Totals and line items of completed orders	Kept to meet accounting and tax obligations, but unlinked from your personal details and shipping address
